Terms of Use
Last updated 17 October 2026
Welcome to OM (“Only Mates”), a private, invite-only social app for groups of friends, run by Radarr LLC (“OM”, “we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use OM at onlymates.space or in the OM app. By creating an account or using OM, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use OM.
1. You must be 16 or older
OM is only for people aged 16 or over. By using OM you confirm that you are at least 16, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms and to our handling of your information. If you are under 16, you may not create an account or use OM. If we learn that someone under 16 has an account, we will close it and delete their information. If you believe someone under 16 is using OM, tell us at hello@radarr.biz.
2. Your account
- OM is invite-only. You can join when a member invites you or shares a group code with you.
- Use your real name or the name your mates know you by, and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person, one account. Don’t pretend to be someone else.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This removes your profile, posts, comments, photos and other content from OM.
3. Groups
Everything on OM happens inside private groups of up to 50 people. What you post in a group can be seen by everyone in that group (and only them), including people who join later. Group admins can invite and remove members, change group settings and remove posts and comments in their group. Anyone in a group can screenshot or save what they see, so only share things you’re comfortable with your group seeing.
4. Your content
You own what you post: your words, photos, videos, voice notes and the rest. To run OM, you give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, copy, process, resize, display and deliver your content to the people you share it with, for as long as it’s on OM. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep for a short time for backups or by law. We don’t sell your content and we don’t use it for advertising.
You confirm that you have the right to post what you post, including permission from anyone who features prominently in your photos, videos or recordings.
5. The OM Times and other AI features
Some features use artificial intelligence, such as the daily OM Times newspaper, the weekly OM Awards and “Surprise me” hangman words. To create them, the posts, comments and photo previews from your group are sent securely to our AI provider, which processes them on our behalf and does not use them to train its models. The AI writes in a jokey, tongue-in-cheek style and can get things wrong. Nothing it writes is a statement of fact by us. You can turn off the daily email in Settings at any time.
6. Keep it friendly: what’s not allowed
You agree not to use OM to post, share or do anything that:
- is illegal, or encourages or helps anyone break the law;
- sexually exploits or endangers children in any way, including any sexual content involving anyone under 18. We report this to the authorities;
- is sexually explicit, or shares intimate images of anyone without their consent;
- bullies, harasses, threatens, stalks or intimidates anyone, or encourages self-harm or violence;
- is hateful towards people because of who they are, including race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation or nationality;
- shares someone else’s private information (like addresses, phone numbers or ID documents) without their permission;
- infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or other rights;
- is spam, a scam, or advertising;
- tries to get into accounts or groups you’re not part of, interferes with OM, scrapes it, or uses bots or automated tools on it;
- impersonates someone, or misleads people about who you are.
We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, at our discretion, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.
7. Reporting problems and copyright
If you see something that breaks these terms, tell your group admin or email us at hello@radarr.biz. If you believe something on OM infringes your copyright, email us with the details (what the work is, where it appears on OM, your contact details, and a statement that you’re the owner or authorised to act for them) and we’ll review it promptly.
8. Notifications and emails
OM sends emails and (if you allow them) push notifications about activity in your groups, such as sign-in links, invites, the daily OM Times and alerts when mates interact with you. You can turn most of these off in Settings. Sign-in and essential account emails can’t be turned off.
9. Your privacy
We collect only what we need to run OM: your email, the profile details you add, what you post, and basic technical information to keep the service working and secure. We use trusted providers to host data, send email and run AI features. We don’t sell your personal information. You can ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@radarr.biz. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full.
10. Changes to OM and to these terms
OM is a young product and will change. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms. If we make important changes, we’ll let you know in the app and ask you to agree again. If you keep using OM after that, the new terms apply.
11. Ending things
You can stop using OM and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we’re required to by law, or if we stop running OM. If we shut OM down, we’ll try to give you reasonable notice so you can save anything you want to keep.
12. Disclaimers
OM is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it running and your content safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available, error-free or that content will never be lost, so keep your own copies of anything important. We are not responsible for what other members post or do, on or off OM.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of OM. Our total liability to you for any claim about OM is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
14. Indemnity
If you break these terms or the law while using OM, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, losses and legal fees that result, to the extent the law allows.
15. The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and any dispute will be handled by the state and federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce something straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your account or these terms to anyone else. The OM name and logo belong to us, and you may not use them without our permission.
